FS5000 JitterlyzerTM

The FS5000 Jitterlyzer performs physical layer serial bus jitter evaluation. It can inject controlled jitter and measure the characteristics of incoming jitter. When teamed with a protocol analyzer, it can correlate these measurements with protocol analysis . The benefits of this low-cost solution are numerous. Physical-layer tests can be performed while the system under test is processing live bus traffic. Fixturing is included and correlations between physical layer signal integrity problems and protocol failures can now be made quickly and cost-effectively.

FS4400 PCI Express Analysis Probe
For Use With Agilent Logic Analyzers

The FS4400 PCI Express Serial Analysis Probe is a low-cost bus analysis probe capable of non-intrusively probing a PCI-Express bus at a serial data rate of 2.5 Gbps. The FS4400 connects to the system under test with one of several adapter cables. Protocol decode software is included to decode and display incoming data using an Agilent logic analyzer. The probe and decode software are designed to handle a single uni-directional link, a pair of uni-directional links, or a bi-directional link (both links may have a different Reference Clock).

The probe hardware and decode software treat the two links individually. For analysis of interactions between two links, the logic analyzer inter-machine triggering function is used. For comprehensive protocol analysis, decode software merge functionality is available.

The FS4400 can probe x1, x2, x4 and X8 "bidirectional" footprints at all locations. Contact FuturePlus for information on support for unidirectional-shaped midbus probe pinout support.

V1010 Configurable 10 Gigabit XMC Module

The V1010 is the industry's first configurable 10 Gigabit engine in an XMC form factor intended for high-performance applications, such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet. When used with AdvancedIO's highly optimized FPGA cores, the V1010 provides high bandwidth connectivity and packet switching, while relieving the host from handling computationally intensive protocols. Coupled with AdvancedIO's software, the V1010 provides a complete system-level I/O solution.
